- ePRO: e-mail reminders the patient switches on on the questionnaire page (address and agreement; the site sees the address masked and can switch them off); a letter when a questionnaire opens and on its last day, 09:00 to 21:00 local time, naming neither the study nor the questionnaire, with one-click unsubscribe. - A form's link with the library: the form's page shows which library version it was taken from, whether it still matches or how many fields were changed, and whether a newer version is out. “Compare with the library” shows the form field by field: as in the library, changed (and what), not in your form, your own field; a field of the library is taken with a button into the eCRF draft, nothing changes by itself Form library, copying and eCRF from Excel

YouEDC Trials
- Monitoring plan: the project manager sets after how many days a high, medium and low risk site is visited (the level comes from Site risk in YouEDC Capture; a site without data and a YouEDC Studio project count as medium risk). The next visit's due day shows in the sites table and on the site page; late sites without a planned visit stand on the monitor's desk. The plan is off by default YouEDC Trials
- The visit report draft is kept in the browser while the monitor writes it: without a connection the form is not sent, the text stays and comes back into the form next time, until the report is saved on the server YouEDC Trials
