Suggestions arrive by e-mail, the study shows who created it

Every new suggestion from the light bulb button comes at once as a letter to the people the admin put on the list; the study overview shows who created the study and when; the site header fits every screen.

Portal

A letter about every new suggestion: the author, organisation, kind, page, study, text and a link to the suggestion on the portal; the list of addresses (up to 10) is set in “Administration → Suggestions”, the screenshots stay on the portal. The send button says “Send to T.G.” Suggest to the developer
Under the study name on the overview: “Created by name · date”; a portal administrator also sees the e-mail and organisation; a demo project names who generated it and the real time. The same in YouEDC Capture and YouEDC Studio Study overview and settings

Improvements and fixes

The site header fits every screen: where space is short the sections have short names (YE Capture, YE Studio, YE Safety, YE Sites), and the Sign in and Create account buttons always stay visible
